The Pyrolyse system heats the input materials up to 400-500 degrees in an oxigenfree environment, causing a thermochemical reaction to the input materials.

Dorset delivers Turn-Key solutions for using pyrolysis, including the necessary ancillary equipment such as drying systems, pelletisers, combustion engine. The excess heat from the combustion, can efficiently be used for the drying process. The thermochemical reaction of the pyrolysis process creates heat for itself and thus keeping the temperature high enough to continue the process.
Our pyrolysis system uses intermediate pyrolysis (as compared to fast pyrolysis). This process used a longer reaction time combined with a defined temperature range for optimal chemical proportions of oil, gas and char and reduced tar formation.
