Project Highlights:

Dorset has developed a unique dryer setup that allows us to dry effectively in hot climates where pad-cooling is necessary. In the winter, we use the energy from the chicken house, but our system automatically switches the airflow in the summer to using outside air, adapting to extreme conditions.
