A new type of chicken manure dryer is developed with significant longer length. Whereas previously the maximum was 24 meters, we can now offer a version that can reach a length of 40 meters.
The advantage of this is, that it is not always necessary to choose a six-layer dryer if one needs to achieve a certain amount of production with the dryer. A 6-layer dryer is sometimes difficult to place because of the altitude. By going for more length, the same amount can be dried with a lower height of the drier.
The first dryer of 36 meters has already been constructed in Belgium and is suitable to process the manure of 121,000 laying hens.
