Wet poultry manure from multiple nearby farmhouses is brought to a central location for drying. This uses the benefits of scale. The system processes up to 10.000 tons wet manure annually.
The manure is brought to the input bunker and then dosed into the drying system. After 2 days, the manure is dry (85% dry matter content). Outside air is used for the drying process combined with an external heat source when required by climate conditions.
Drying manure reduced emissions, transport and storage costs and makes it ready for use or further processing.
